Do You Have an Old Cast Iron Radiator That Needs Refurbishing?

We’re in the business of finding rare cast iron radiators and restoring them to their former glory.

We have a set price structure for our refurbishment service based on size and all of our work is covered with a 10-year warranty.

Our prices are as follows:

Replacement sections - approx £65 per part.
Radiators up to 700mm in length - £290 (per radiator).
Radiators from 700mm to 1200mm in length - £350 (per radiator).
Radiators over 1200mm in length - Price subject to review of the radiator.
Radiators without their own feet (wall-hung) will be charged an extra £40 per radiator.

*Shipping would be around £65 per pallet (6 max per pallet).
*Farrow and ball or colour match at an extra cost of £25 per radiator.

Our Restoration Process

We’ll put your old cast iron radiator through our rigorous restoration process and restore it so it looks brand new!

Step 1

We strip off all the iron oxide from your radiator using our specialised acid baths.

Step 2

Then we flush them with purified water and fit the radiator with modern valves (1/2” bsp). These can be a different size or in different positions if requested.

Step 3

We’ll pressure test your radiator to check for corroded spots or pin holes in the cast.

Step 4

The radiator is then cleaned up and blasted ready for paint.

Step 5

We apply 3 coats of anti-corrosive primer and then 3 coats of a 2-pack paint in the colour of your choice.

Having despaired at the options on line for repro rads I stumbled upon RRLtd. Andy and Mike were so helpful and it was way to find exactly what I was looking for in their fab old workplace. I got two amazing cast iron rads which were refurbished as if new and now installed, the work and look amazing. Great blokes, great service, great price. I’ll be contacting Andy to replace all the other rads in our 160 year old house over coming months/years. Chuffed!

Absolutely delighted with my radiators that Andy has restored. Told him I wanted them matt black and left the rest to him, as he knows his stuff. They not only look amazing but since having them back and put back on, they are heating up much better and seem to be holding the heat longer to. I will definitely be using Andy again, he comes highly recommended by me 👌

After lots of research, visits to companies on my hunt for original restored cast iron radiators I stumbled across Radiant Restoration & what a find!We ordered 3 Radiators from Andy & were are absolutely delighted with them.
